Returns Policy

At Haven General Store, customer satisfaction is our priority and we strive to make shopping with us a pleasurable experience.

Plants:

• Please choose carefully as we do not offer return, refund or exchange on plants.
• It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the plant/s selected are safe for children, pets and placed in a safe position to avoid contact.
• Plants are decorative only.
• Haven General Store will not be held liable in anyway in the unlikely event that a person or animal reacts to a plant if touched or ingested.

Pots, Gifts and Homewares:

• We offer a full refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase with receipt.
• Goods must be new, unused and resalable.
• It is the responsibility of the buyer to return the item to the Haven General Store within 7 days.
• If the item is broken via courier, postage or buyer upon item return, we cannot be held responsible.
